Comets, clouds & clicking off

- Added a pause button, in case you need to click off during the game and want the kitty to stay where it is

- Meteors will now burn up and shrink if you escort them all the way down to the ground

- Some foreground clouds are now vacant. You can land on them by letting go of the left mouse button when you're right above them
