Welcome to the Cattopia National Laboratory's Big Box Of Catto Research™, where you can play around with all sorts of elements in the form of little creatures known as Element Cattos and see how they interact in different conditions and environments. This fun and informative* exhibit is sure to provide hours* of fun for curious schoolchildren and adult nerds alike!*

This game is a work in progress. Feel free to report any bugs or inaccuracies, or suggest features you'd like to see! I'll fix and add whatever I can in updates. Chemical reactions will be added in a later update; chemistry is very complex and we're still figuring out how to go about it in this game.

I got a problem,for some reason on mobile the zoom and dragging are borked up
If you’re using the web version, its like that, don’t know how to fix it. If its the apk one, it works fine, atleast for me and the few other people who used my mod

Someone made a mobile port, you can try that. But unless this game starts raking in a lot of money, I don't think it will be of priority

high speed photons colliding into sufficiently heavy element will crash the game, like, when you lower the time rate and throw the photon at the opaque walls, then if it collides with heavy enough catto will crash, i reckon its trying to summon too many objects(particles) at once

muonium stops blinking when theres 6 or more cattos in the scene, for some reason Bungy doesnt count
oh its any catto that counts towards as "cattos" reaches 6, all blinking stops except for Bungy and Purrcent
photons crash my game every time I use them in slow motion fyi
the AI limit has been raised to 29 it looks like, at 30 or higher they dont react to blackhole or hammer
small bug with photons. also just discovered it's more than just D that it happens to lol

Depending on the x in the 1e-x the freeze lasts for different times. I think the catto is being flung far away? idk

If you want to know what this is, Basically, The right ear is the exponent. (Potassium)/19) Next, the body, the head, and the left ear, are the base. (Neon/10) Then, the p, is the ^ in this case. And finally, the black rectangle is the sign that you might need to stop going so far.

Maybe a community contribution board/service could have people suggest chemical bonds (maybe starting with 2 atom bonds) and have it so if multiple people agree that a chemical is accurate it will get added. Since this does not seem to be a program for scientific purposes, inaccuracies should not be a big deal with my current understanding of this project.
While it may be too complex currently, adding a system that handles chemical reactions + a library of every chemical reaction could allow people to update the chemical reactions without needing to redownload the game, also potentially allowing for a simple online program that checks a server for the latest version of the library upon startup.

Somehow got to a state where so many elements were exploding that it was more sounding like a chainsaw and I got a cutscene or smth. 10/10.

macOS tends to do that when it doesn't need to...go to settings->privacy and security->scroll down to the Security section and there should be a notice about Element Cattos being blocked, there should be a button to override/allow it

note that in the first stage, if the dupes shoot really high, or if you decide that it should be enough, you should probably count how many it takes for them to delete
if it's over five, continue until it's not
further note that if you do it correctly, the lesser one should almost never have to be cloned in the second stage, rather that it will always be smashed at least once until the difference between the elements obtained from smashing other elements is no longer proportionally negligible, that is when there are two different, definitely periodic elements, then the lesser may need to be cloned.
